Liverpool defender Andy Robertson has revealed the condition of his team's dressing room after losing to Real Madrid in the Champions League final. All was quiet, the hearts of the Liverpool players were broken.
"Obviously silence, shattered, that's what happens when you come to a final and don't win," Robertson told BT Sport as reported by AS.
"We had chances, we faced a great goalkeeper, he made some great saves," he said.
"But to be honest, I think we could have played better, especially in the second half. I think we played well in the first half, we were in control, we pushed."
"Second half, we didn't start well, they started to control the game more. When you face an experienced team they know how to win a final. Once they are ahead, they show it," said Andy Robertson.
