1. HR Recruitment & Training Senior Staff

Job description : 

  • Conduct end-to-end Recruitment process
  • Able to use psychological test tools
  • Able to make Training Need Analysis (TNA), Training Program & Training Evaluation
  • Conducting onboarding training process for new employees
  • Can carry out company programs such as Management Trainee & Internship Programs
  • Make employee employment contracts and renew the validity period of the employment contract

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Have minimum 2 year experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and detail oriented
  • Proven experience in handling recruitment and training
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques sourced from social media and specialized professional websites such as LinkedIn & Jobstreet
  • Proficient in using Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) required
  • Can join ASAP
  • Willing to be placed in KIIC, Karawang

2. General Affair Staff

Job description:

  • Relationship Vendor Management
  • Handle and manage procurement process at goods and services, and other office administration.
  • Make PO for internal purchases of companies and other projects
  • Evaluate current vendors and propose to find additional vendors to increase company satisfaction
  • Responsible to provide support related to Business Travel activities and claims
  • Administrative documents.
  • Manage the maintenance of office buildings and other supporting facilities.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years experiences as General Affair Staff
  • Understanding General Affairs role (Purchasing, Asset Management, building facilities)
  • Attention to detail and good communications skills
  • Knowledgeable in Purchase Contract Management with 3rd Party (Building Maintenance, Office renovation, Pest Control, Travel Agent, etc)
  • Good in Microsoft office
  • Can join ASAP
  • Willing to be placed in KIIC, Karawang
